Greg grew up in a Christian home in Alberta. Inspired by the Nate Saint story, he saw aviation as a tool to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. He enrolled in the Mission Aviation program at Prairie Bible College to pursue his dream of serving through aviation.

Julie was raised in the United States in a small town in Michigan by Christian parents. During her teen years, she developed a heart to serve God on the mission field, which led her to attend Prairie Bible College, where Greg and Julie met.

Greg and Julie, along with their three children, Franklin, Isaac, and Jaclynn, served in Papua, Indonesia, for 11 years. As a pilot, Greg brought help, hope, and healing to isolated communities while Julie’s care and love extended beyond their home to the neighborhood.

The Doles are now using their years of mission experience to invest in the next generation of mission aviators at Prairie Aviation Training Centre in Three Hills, Alberta.

Greg serves as a flight instructor, while Julie actively engages with the local community. Together, they are privileged to be part of the team equipping mature Christian aviation professionals who are excited to use their gifts to serve God’s Kingdom.
